Pendleton County 4th of July Parade

The Pendleton County 4th of July Parade will take place on Saturday, July 4. Line up will take place at the Pendleton County Fairgrounds at 1 pm. The parade will begin at 2 pm. Entries could line up toward the back of the Fairgrounds near the Griffin Center, so that the Pendleton County Farmer's market is not disturbed.

This will be a completely mobile parade welcoming cars, trucks, floats, classic cars, UTVs, motorcycles, and horses. Due to restrictions of COVID-19, we will not have walking groups and we ask that entries do not throw candy or prizes to the spectators.

We would like to use the parade to honor healthcare workers and our graduating PCHS senior class. If you or someone you know is a healthcare worker, please spread the word and join us in driving in the parade. The graduating seniors are encouraged to wear their caps and gowns and make banners for their cars.

Spectators are encouraged to wear masks and keep social distancing.
The route will be left out of the fairgrounds, to Shelby, and will end at Main Street. Entries are encouraged to turn right onto Main to exit the parade and if needed, head back to fairgrounds. The parade is organized by the Pendleton County Tourism Council. If you plan to enter the parade, simply show up at the fairgrounds on the 4th.
