People Working Cooperatively (PWC) has promoted Nina Creech to Senior Vice President of Operations and hired Brian Weichert as Director of Operations.

People Working Cooperatively (PWC) has promoted Nina Creech to Senior Vice President of Operations and hired Brian Weichert as Director of Operations.


In this new role Creech will oversee PWC’s Whole Home Innovation Center, where she will create and build partnerships to achieve better health outcomes in the home. Creech also recently became a certified facilitator of the falls prevention program “Stepping On.” In her 26 years with PWC, Creech has also managed the call center and IT departments, the volunteer involvement program, as well as the oversight of private, government and foundation grants. Creech is a graduate from the University of North Carolina. She was born in Italy and enjoys traveling home as often as she can.


Weichert has over 30 years of public, private and nonprofit experience including residential construction and managing multi-million dollar contracts for local, state and federal programs. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for overseeing all critical repair and energy conservation programs. Weichert is a graduate of the Northwestern Kellogg Executive Management program, and attended Purdue and Valparaiso Universities. He holds certifications in both the Six-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing programs. Weichert is currently a member of the Greenacres Foundation and a sponsor at Social Venture Partners. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Montgomery and have four children.
