Parkfest 2018

Join the Pierce Township Park Committee as they hold Park Fest 2018 on Saturday, July 28th from 4 pm to 9 pm at the Pierce Township Park, 961 Locust Corner Road.

This annual event features many family-friendly activities. Watch the Moscow Monarchs take on the Hall of Fame Club in a vintage baseball game. Grab a cold drink and listen to the band, Jamison Road, as they rock the park! There will also be a dunking booth, bounce house and face painting for kids and anyone who is a kid at heart! There will also be awesome Raffle Baskets and a Doggie Treat Bake Sale. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to attend as well!

And think you’ve got the best chili in town? Well, prove it! Get your chili on at the Chili Cook Off. Entry forms must be returned no later than Friday, July 20, 2018. Get more information about Park Fest and download your entry form at:

“There are some exciting improvements planned for the Pierce Township Park. We can’t thank the area businesses and local community enough for their involvement. With their help we are making the Pierce Township Park a green space the community can be proud of,” says Doug Dresie, the Pierce Township Parks & Nature Spaces Committee Member. “Park Fest is an annual fund raising event for the park with plenty of activities, where families can enjoy themselves and at the same time help to raise money for park improvements such as a shelter house, a permanent entertainment stage, and an off-leash dog park.”

The Park Committee is looking for sponsors for the event as well as raffle item donations.
